Where we serve
Â
Equality. Housing First. Supporting the arts. A seat at the table. Diversity. Feminism. These are what we value.
Adrienne is proud to accelerate equality, volunteer to end homelessness, and support the arts. Here are some of the organizations she and Her Financial Partner serves.
How Women Lead
Be fierce advocates for each other. Say yes to helping each other. Be unabashedly visible. Reinforce her voice. Currently, we are 40 years from parity in the corporate board room. How do we change that? By coming together. Supporting each other. Providing mentorship that will make the difference. How Women Lead is forging the path. Learn about the movement.
Miriam's Kitchen
Miriam's Kitchen is a D.C. nonprofit working to end chronic homelessness. When a person lives on the street, it costs the community about $40,000 to care for them. If housed? It costs about $25,000. Compassion, kindness, and dignity matters for everyone. We only move forward when all of us do.
The Washington National Opera
The Washington National Opera was founded in 1956, far before The Kennedy Center was even conceived (an Act of Congress formed the Kennedy Center on Jan. 23, 1964). It is an entirely separate organization from the Kennedy Center and has an agreement with the Kennedy Center that all funds from donations to the National Opera and all ticket sales to attend a National Opera performance only benefits the National Opera. And the organization is more than the opera singers (who are world class). There's also a dedicated National Opera Symphony, backstage employees, a separate board, and dedicated staff. Attending a performance only benefits the staff and artists with the National Opera.
